• Shipment information: package descriptions, weights, declared values, tracking numbers, and status history.
• Identity verification: a government-issued photo ID is checked (not stored on file) when you or an Authorized Pickup Person collect a package in person.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider when you pay for shipping or delivery; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Communications: messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, kept for customer-service purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and assigned U.S. mailbox address.
• To receive, process, clear through customs, and deliver your packages.
• To send shipment status updates and respond to support requests.
• To calculate applicable shipping and customs charges.
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the Service.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share information only where necessary to provide the Service: with Jamaica Customs and relevant regulatory authorities for clearance purposes, with partner couriers for islandwide delivery, and with our payment processor to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and shipment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed for tax, customs, and legal record-keeping requirements.

5. Your Choices

You can review and update your profile information at any time from your MGR dashboard. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at [email protected] — some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records (e.g. completed customs filings).

6. Security

Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes and are never viewable by MGR staff. Data in transit to our website and dashboard is encrypted (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
